This newer condo is situated on the top floor (5th) of the Union. Located in Victoria’s Old Town district right by the Johnson St. Bridge. The area is a hub of local restaurants, boutiques, yoga studios and much more. Safe and VERY friendly neighbourhood. Open concept with NEW quality furnishings. In-suite laundry, one secured underground parking stall, high-end appliance package, cable and internet.

PLEASE NOTE that all bed linens including the duvet cover are PROFESSIONALLY LAUNDERED and cleaned after each stay. So enjoy the crisp white linens and no need to start the laundry on checkout, as we will take all of it to the dry cleaners after. ** Unit can accommodate up to 3 ppl, but two recommended. The option for the third person is the large sectional couch in the living room or the single chair that folds down into a low profile single mattress. Please note an additional charge per night/person over 2 people.

Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and all cooking supplies. Cable and WiFi are also included in the price and we have setup Netflix on the TV for our guests to use as well. Also noted the TV is a PVR so can record any shows and movies as well. Unit has a DVD player and a large selection of movies to choose from.

We are returning customers- this is our second stay in this very clean and new apartment and our third stay in Union building.

It was our pleasure seeing Laura again, our written and wear all communication about check-in and out was excellent and without any waiting.

The building is on very convenient location so we could do a lot of walking across the downtown without using our car to reach some places. Also, the parking in underground garage came handy for us, because we were making small trips around the town. The apartment is very clean-spotless, which is really important to us, and also excellently equipped with anything you need in the kitchen and for your stay. We liked a lot of sunlight and a view through the huge windows. The modern furniture is comfortable and gives to the place very elegant look. All in all it was very pleasant stay for us.

Laura was very accommodating with meeting us, recommending restaurants, sights to see, grocery stores. The condo was extremely well equipped, comfortable and easy strolling distance to lots of local, major sights and attractions. Would definitely stay there again!!

The condo was very clean and modern with all the amenities you would need. Downtown location is great, it’s close to the water, shops and restaurants. Laura provided a great list of recommendations which was helpful. The building is very secure and the check in and check out process was easy. Highly recommend!

The perfect go-to rental in Victoria

This was my first multi-day stay in Victoria and I lucked out when I booked this place. Not only is it comfortable, well-furnished and trendy, it’s located in a prime location. My daughter and I enjoyed three full days of exploring and were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to see or experience (besides wine tasting and Butchart Gardens). Laura and her father Richard were communicative and friendly hosts. The parking garage (included) was a valuable bonus to the stay. Thank you, Laura — I hope to be back soon.

Exactly what we were looking for!

We took a small 4 day trip in downtown Victoria. This location was perfect. It was close by to everything we wanted from shops, cafe’s, restaurants, bars, the waterfront. The condo was bright with lots of natural light and had a view of the inner harbour and blue bridge. The condo was fully stocked with all the comforts of home. We would definitely stay here again. Laura was super accommodating and prompt with her communication. We appreciated that she took the time to personally show us around and introduce herself.

I had a four day stay here and was impressed immediately. From the reception by wonderful Laura Corfield who made you feel that nothing was too much trouble for your overall comfort to the amazing cleanliness and decoration. From the well stocked kitchen utensils and crockery to the bathroom and laundry facilities, nothing had been forgotten to enhance a stay in a self catering condo. I would recommend this property for your stay in Victoria. I found most places of interest within walking distance of the harbour and town centre. Absolutely loved my stay.

Laura’s place is completely updated, comfortable, in a very secure building with parking and well located. Rather than repeat the other accolades so justly deserved, we will mention some additional reasons why we would not hesitate to rent again from Laura. The location is away from tourist crowds but within 15 minute walk to the prime areas, as long as your don’t gawk to much. We found an excellent market about 15 minutes away and with a short walk across the bridge there is access a great walking path along the East Victoria shore that should not be missed. The restaurants in the area are popular with locals and are very good and not tourist priced. When traveling by car in from the ferry, or going east and north Routes I & 17 and going west to Sooke the access is very simple and convenient. As a final note Laura or her father will meet you and explain the unit and access and well as sharing local knowledge. With in a hour after we left Laura had inspected the condo and processed our refund. Much of enjoying vacation property is, of course the property, and equally important is the owners efforts to make sure you fully enjoy your vacation. Laura and her dad get 5 stars on all points.
