This property is located in the heart of the city centre and has great views from this 10th-floor unit. You’ll love our place because of the comfy bed, the coziness, the proximity to amenities and the common area rooftop patio and BBQ on the 15th floor. The condo is fully furnished with all essentials including linens, towels, shampoo,  soap, iron, hairdryer, pots pans, etc as well as non-essentials like tea, sugar and coffee. The condo also includes one secured parking stall, WIFI, Cable, and in-suite washer and dryer. We have also set up Netflix on the TV for our guests to enjoy during their stay.

*Please note that all bed linens including the duvet cover are PROFESSIONALLY LAUNDERED after each stay. So enjoy the crisp white linens and no need to start the laundry on checkout, as we will take all of it to the dry cleaners after.

Great new condo. Very secure place and parking. Very comfortable bed with crispy clean bed linens. There is high speed WI-FI, Cable, Netflix. Laura met us to check in and was very informative. She also provided a list of restaurants.

Loved my stay here. Would recommend to anyone. Cleaned to perfection. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Building security is excellent. Underground parking well lit and very safe. Nicely located to downtown shops and great restaurants.

Perfect downtown location!!

I selected this condo because of its location and it’s secure parking garage. Our plan was to leave the car and explore downtown Victoria on foot and it worked out perfectly. The condo is lovely, quiet and private. Large windows in the living area and bedroom offer views to the north. The kitchen has everything your could need. Great views from the roof and nice seating areas.

If we go back to Victoria again this is definitely where I want to stay.

We stayed here for a long weekend recently and really liked it. It’s SO clean which I LOVE. They even send out the bedding to be professibly cleaned between visitors…I wish every VRBO owner did this. The owners also make check-out so easy which we really appreciated. Overall a great location, close to the wharf and friendly and helpful owners. We’d definitly stay here again.

This condo was everything I wanted with a perfect location for walking anywhere downtown. Laura met me to check in and I could contact her at any time. There was coffee, in-suite laundry, lock up area on the first floor for my bike, all cooking essentials, a TV I could turn to watch Netflix while I cooked or while I fell asleep since I holidayed alone AND it was updated and clean. I plan to stay here for future yoga workshops.

This property is a lovely new condominium complex within easy walking distance of all major attractions in Victoria. Laura, the owner group representative, is professional in all respects and communicates like a pro. The apartment is clean and modern. The rooftop BBQ space offers 360 degree viewing which is spectacular on a clear day! Parking is available. Our two comments were that the bed was a little firm for this older body, and the bedroom barn door slider is translucent – no problem except close to summer solstice, when the sun is up very early. We would absolutely consider staying here again.

Nice condo in a secure building in a great area of town, conveniently located a block from Douglas Street. The owner is very friendly and easy to work with. She even suggests local spots such as restaurants to explore and enjoy! A great place to stay.

Property was very clean as was the unit Manager/owner was very quick and most accommodating of a few special requests. View was interesting although not of the oceanfront. Proximity was within walking distance of the downtown area. We enjoyed our time inVictoria very much.

It was great. Very clean and had everything we needed. Great location. We would definitely recommend it! The only downside was that there wasn’t any air conditioning and we stayed during an unusual heatwave that Victoria was experiencing.
