This 14th-floor condo is nestled in the heart of downtown Victoria, enjoy the spectacular views of the City, Olympic Mountains and glimpses of the Ocean from your private patio. The building also has a second-floor rooftop patio that has common area seating for all to enjoy plus a BBQ. There are many great restaurants and shops nearby. You can explore Victoria without a car if you like to leave it behind, a 15-minute walk from the ferry terminal for passengers from Seattle and Port Angeles. You can walk to everything or take the local transportation to Butchart Gardens.

The unit comes well equipped with everything needed to cook in the unit if you so choose. We also include complimentary coffee, tea and sugar as well as laundry detergent and dish tabs. The bedroom also offers a portable A/C unit but we ask that guests not leave this running while they are out enjoying all that Victoria has to offer. We have also set up Netflix on the TV for our guests to use.

*Please note that all bed linens including the duvet cover are PROFESSIONALLY LAUNDERED after each stay. So enjoy the crisp white linens and no need to start the laundry on checkout, as we will take all of it to the dry cleaners.

This is an extremely well cared for condo, you can tell they take pride in ownership and thanks for sharing it with us! Well appointed with all the comforts we needed in a great convenient location. Having a parking space was a plus for us as well. We will definitely recommend this condo and the others owed by them to our friends and family.

Laura was so gracious and really helpful. Check in was a breeze. Other comments about the views are correct…really lovely every morning to look out. Location for us could not have been better. Right around the corner from Hermann’s if you like jazz and blues. Half block from bank. Walking distance of so much. Space is thoughtfully decorated, full of light and very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Easy access to outdoor lounge space. Friendly people throughout the day on and off the elevator. Lots of hangers!!! We loved it and would go back in a nanosecond.

Awesome location. The condo was clean and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have the underground parking. Laura was very accommodating on our early arrival and check in and check out was very easy. Would recommend this property.

This property is actually better than the photo’s indicate. There is a really good view of the Olympic peninsula, the cruise ship terminal and a good portion of the downtown area. The apartment is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of the downtown core. The kitchen is very well appointed and the apartment is spotless and quiet. We have stayed at Laura’s properties before and they are always top notch. We will be back.

Excellent 1bed apartment, very clean and well maintained. Perfect located within walking of The Market on Yates and only a short walk from Douglas and the centre of Victoria. Views from the apartment are fascinating; of the city and cruise ships at Ogden Point. For eating, we enjoyed Fol Epi immediately outside the building, Il Terrazzo Ristorante and The Local. We would certainly return here and recommend to friends and family.

We liked everything about this condo, from the incredible views, to the spacious layout, comfortable living room and bedroom. We enjoyed Happy Hour on the balcony most evenings, watching all the ship movements. It was awesome and we would highly recommend this condo to anyone. We hope to return again.

We loved the condo. Walking distance to all shops, restaurants and museums. Close to public transportation. Condo had a great view of the city, ocean and mountains.
