You can explore Victoria without a car if you like to leave it behind, a 20 (ish) minute walk from the ferry terminal for passengers from Seattle and Port Angeles. You can walk to everything or take the local transportation to Butchart Gardens. This 14th-floor unit comes well equipped with everything needed to cook in the unit if you so choose. We also include complimentary coffee, tea and sugar as well as laundry
detergent and dish tabs.

*Please note that all bed linens including the duvet cover are PROFESSIONALLY LAUNDERED after each stay. So enjoy the crisp white linens and no need to start the laundry on checkout, as we will take all of it to the dry cleaners after.

Loved the place we stayed. We always like our apartment full of light and fresh air. This place was just about that, it was on 14th floor with lots of sunlight, fresh air with great balcony to sit outside and have a cup of coffe. Laura was a great host, she greeted us at the apartment and walked us through the place and provided great tips on some of the local places to eat and hangout. Excellent 1bdr condo, quite new and very clean and well maintained. Quiet environment and well stocked condo. Close to food shopping at The Market on Yates. Convenient short 5-10 min walk into centre of Victoria, where there are many good restaurants and bars, e.g. Il Terrazzo Ristorante and The Local. We particularly enjoyed the harbour side walks to Fisherman’s Wharf and beyond, or over the new bridge and along the harbour close to the seaplane takeoff. Excellent customer service from the owner and staff,; we would certainly use this condo again and recommend it to friends or relatives.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and modern accommodations with a great view. We were able to leave our car parked for the entire time since the apartment is located so close to everything.

The condo was great; perfect location, new, clean and with everything one could hope for. Underground parking was also ideal in downtown Victoria. Our host was very helpful and so quick to respond. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay!

Its a new apartment and has everything you need. Its about 6 blocks from the main tourist area but it is all walkable. There is a grocery store and drug store across the street. The only negative might be the area of town is a little less nice than other parts of the downtown area but I didn’t feel unsafe. It might be quieter than the tourist core.

Brand-new condo just a few blocks off the main street of Victoria (Douglas Street). Just far enough away for some quiet and chill evenings; close enough that a quick and pleasant walk will get you downtown and to the harbour.

Great view as well – on a clear day you can look West on the balcony from one of the top floors and admire the Rocky Mountains.

Everything you may need is steps away:

– Market grocery store

– Walk-in clinic

– Pet food store

– London Drugs (retail store)

– Great restaurants and bars

– Convenience store

– Downtown shopping

The owner is super-friendly and very easy to work with. A great place to stay!
